‘When you can’t see the sun through the clouds’

Life can be a struggle sometimes or it may have always been this way for you. You may feel that you live life just going through the motions, but inside you’re screaming. Maybe you feel empty or constantly angry. Perhaps you’ve lost yourself and don’t know how to find ‘you’ again. It could be that everything is an effort and you lack motivation, or you’ve lost your purpose in life. You may be stuck with negative thoughts about yourself or others; feeling lonely, angry, shame, guilty, grief, anxiety or sadness.
